Im so happy with this news man. I love Jay, but good lord he was not the man at Def Jam. Nobody had love for him there.
except for Rhianna, everything else hes touched turned to doo doo.
He needs to get back to just doing the ROC thing, who I hear have a new mixtape out that is sick!
Maybe he needs to go to Target and get Dame Dash back, I know he needs something to do, lol.

In this drought, Def Jam has pumped out a lot of platinum records and put pretty good numbers up comparable to any other label in his time span.
Jay was a shield for the sagging industry...I'm glad he's gone so they can stop complaining...
I don't hear anyone bashing Dr. Dre, Ludacris, or even Eminem. and Their labels SUCK!!
The doo doo part was a joke, i hate cause my roc boys got no push, jeezy and rick ross dont count to me...theyre part of the problem, lol..I did forget about Neyo, but did Jay sign him?...I thought he was there already...Kanye but he di that album in spite of Jay not with him, u heard the song...I love him, I just hated everything he did at Def Jam peronally..minus the kanye and Neyo joints...
I think Jay-Z was turning into Puffy...putting his "ohs and ahhs" on things where it wasn't needed and not pushing the good stuff, the hip hop people want to hear. Next...he would've started glossing his lips and wearing shiny suits...I can't take it!
